Get ready for your Cuisinart DCC-3000 12 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker once and enjoy freshly brewed cups anytime during the day! This remarkable carafe-free Coffeemaker uses unique Coffee on Demand technology to make cup by cup, ensuring fresh hot coffee is always at your hand. With the added feature like a water reservoir, Coffee Gauge counting down cups remaining, 24-hour programmability, and adjustable auto shutoff, fresh coffee has never been so easy!
Coffee Without the Carafe!
Cuisinart DCC-3000 lets you have your coffee whenever you want! The machine dispenses a single cup at a time with an easy to use actuator. It can hold up to 12 cups of coffee in the double-wall coffee reservoir. The easy to read coffee gauge lets you know how many cups of coffee are remaining, and the included charcoal water filter makes your coffee taste great. This product makes coffee making very easy. It's entirely programmable with 24-hour advance brew start, programmable auto shutoff, self-clean, and a 1-4 cup setting to brew smaller amounts that still taste fabulous. Extract both the coffee and water reservoirs for easy cleanup.
Coffee residuals accumulate in the coffee container with the passing time where the brewed coffee exits the bottle, which prevents the gasket from sealing correctly when the dispense lever is released. When this happens, the valve needs to be rinsed thoroughly with tap water while holding the valve (located on the bottom of the container) open to flush any grounds out.

Decalcification means the complete removal of calcium that deposits over time on the metal parts of the Coffeemaker Cuisinart DCC-3000. For the best performance from your Coffeemaker, decalcify the base unit from periodically after a specific time. The frequency of washing depends upon the hardness of your tap water and how often you use the machine. The Clean flashing light will remind you when you should clean your Coffeemaker.
NOTE: Before decalcifying your Coffeemaker Cuisinart DCC-3000, you must remove the charcoal water filter from the water filter holder that is located in the water reservoir. If the Clean light begins to flash when the Coffeemaker is running, it is telling you that the calcium buildup is interfering with the smooth functioning of your Coffeemaker and the flavor of your coffee. To clean the unit, fill the water reservoir with a mixture of one-third white vinegar and two-thirds water. Press the Clean button. When the self-clean light starts to glow, turn the Coffeemaker (Cuisinart DCC-3000) on by pressing the on/off switch. The Clean light will shine continuously. The Coffeemaker will now be in clean mode. One cycle should be enough to clean the Coffeemaker adequately. When the cycle is completed and the five beeps sound, the Coffeemaker will automatically shut off. Turn the Coffeemaker on to see if the clean light continues to flash. If it does, turn it off and then repeat the cleaning procedure with a new batch of the solution of vinegar and water. If the Clean light no longer flashes, turn the Coffeemaker off and then run one new cycle of fresh cold water through the machine before using the unit again to brew coffee.
